The worst motel experience in my life. Food on floor, dirty shower, literally the midst uncomfortable bed I've ever laid on, pull out couch is a JOKE. I wouldn't let my dog lay on it - bars and springs supporting a thin, dirty mat. It had blood stains amongst other who knows what on it. AC didn't work, and forced my elderly parents to move to another room in the middle of the night. Trash came at 6am, loud as hell. Desk people were nice, manager was argumentative but pleasant. Not enough to make up for a horrible night. Definitely not ever staying at any Extended Stay again. I couldn't even sleep.

They did not have any wash clothes, silverware nor plates. The microwave only works on 30 second intervals. Only one out of the 4 burners works, ironically the smallest 1! It is filthy and not as advertised. The price is definately not worth what you pay. When you look at the stock photos online it shows a small gym which is non existant. They say it is a nonsmoking facility and people smoke all over the place. It's a step above a slum . We felt the need to spray the Room down with bug spray it was so dirty And used an entire tub of Clorox wipes. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the shower is funky as well. Lastly the toilet is ready to fall off the post And has not been properly mounted.

room is ok. comes with kitchen. however no elevator. be ready to haul stuff up the stairs. also the wifi is horrible!!

Be very careful with the credit or debit cards you provide to these people because they are kept on file. They will generate unauthorized transactions on them. Also, when cleaning up the room, the sheets are draped on the floor before putting them on you the bed & that is unsanitary. I even witnessed the clean up crew drop the towels on the floor in the common hallway & place them back on the cart to replace in the guest rooms. They offer breakfast but that's only if they have not run out of their inventory. Lastly, be prepared to buy your own toilet paper because they run out of that as well. NEVER AGAIN!

Rooms are nice. Rooms are clean. Too many upcharges. (Wifi, towels, room service). AC in room did not work well. Sink was clogged. Faucet leaked all over. Free breakfast was a joke.
