He manager is simply awesome. I rarely converse with strangers but he was so polite and profressional and was was doing everything to insure customer needs were met. Room was clean and odor free. I booked on a discount and it was best for money hotel I have slept in since mmy house sold.

Nicole the front desk agent was very nice and took care of me and my other Co workers. The room I was in wasn't clean and I was put next to someone who had dogs.

When we travel thrifty we typically target 3-star rated hotels. This 3-star hotel fell far short of expectations. The toilet in our room backed up (through no fault of ours) and when I called about it, I was offered a plunger. That's it. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to bring one but they never did. So I went down and collected a toilet plunger in a plastic bag from the girl at the front desk. From what I could tell the hotel reception was only ever staffed by one high school or college aged kid at any given time. My husband had to plunge the hotel toilet and that didn't fix the issue so we ultimately had to be moved to a different room at 8:30 pm after we'd been traveling for the last 15 hours and awake for 40. All we wanted was a shower and an operational toilet and to go to bed. They ultimately gave us a 20% discount on the room, which originally cost a gobstopping $165! For comparison, the next night we stayed in a 3-star rated Holiday Inn at Fisherman's Wharf in San Fran, paying $170 + $50 for parking and the room was about 1000% better: cleaner, amazing toilet... Moral of the story is to avoid this establishment. As we were waiting to check out the front desk guy was getting chewed out by another "guest" complaining of blood on her bed sheets and as we pulled out of the parking lot the parting shot was a man and woman getting busy outside their car on what I presume was the morning after a hotel hookup. It all felt consistent with our experience. 😐

I checked in for a one night stay due to my vehicle breaking down and needing a place to stay tell it was fix the next day I explained to extended stays front desk clerk that I would need a extended checkout tell 1:00 p.m. so I could get my car fixed and how my vehicle they said that would not be a problem and gave me the extended checkout well come to find out at around 9:30 the next day housekeeping was pressuring me to get out of the Room by 11 at checkout I explain that multiple times the reason why I stayed here was because of the extended time I was pressured multiple times to where I had to leave or they would charge me so now I am out walking around and tell my car gets fixed never staying here ever again and the name of the housekeeper was Vicki just wanna put that in there if management sees this
