The location was cozy, room was clean ventilation was working, most comfortable bed ever and the staff was super nice. They helped us with knowing the area, made sure we got every utensil we wanted. And they were efficient. The location was great as they were across the street from a mall and a Ralphs. I hope to come back again next year.

I have never given anywhere one star before but we couldn't even stay one night due to the odor in our room. Didn't feel very safe either. Staff seemed nice but the facility did not give them much to work with.

Overall a good experience. Checking takes too long considering you already have a reservation and already paid for the booking. The studio room was clean with comfortable pillows, carpet, and plenty of space. The location did try to charge again upon check out. I explained and still insisted on charging. Finally, I showed him my "paid" confirmation off my cell phone and then he then apologized. He then couldn't provide a record for the room, although the night attendant printed one out with my reservation information, so not sure where that went. I would stay again, but would be weary if a pattern develops or worse. I do recommend it, for now.

Good location. Rooms were clean and functional but a little old and the shower dripped constantly. Service was great.

Staff is very friendly but our room was quite dated and showed a lot of wear. The carpet and hard floors showed a lot of stains and evidence of water damage in the past. There was a lot of dust in the drapes and the furniture showed signs of age and years of use and abuse but the bed and linens were clean. Definitely no frills but Ok I guess if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two. Personally I would not stay there for any extended period of time despite their name.
