The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice even at 1 in the morning and his is that second star. The place was filthy! We immediately saw at least 20 hairs on our sheets so we had new ones brought up. The sink had hair in it, the shower was dirty and had caulking coming up, and the entire bathroom floor was gross. My wife wouldn't even take a shower because she didn't have shower shoes. The place has a lot of potential since it has a fridge and small stove but we really just couldn't wait to get out if there.

The front desk service was plesant. The room was inadequate, being that other “ extended Stay America” locations are high quality and very clean. Reasons were as follows: Our room had not been clean. The phone, gave the appearance that it had not been wiped clean for days. The toilet paper roll was just about gone. We had to request that night. There was hair towards the back of the head board indicating no one had vacummened. Being that it was a kitchenette we had to call to request the kitchenware essentials. We were very dissapointed and wont be returning to this location. The free breakfast was: Coffee, hotwater(for tea and instant oatmeal) and a granola bar. We also had to request for clothes hangers.

This place was clean. It was in a quiet area and want to bad of a drive from Disneyland, considering the traffic. The only bad thing was the AC/heating unit didn't have a timer it thermostat, so you set it to high or low, then you have to leave it on all night. There was a kitchenette in my room with a big refrigerator, half a stove top, cabinets and a table. There wasn't free breakfast (since you can cook in your room), but there was coffee and oatmeal in the lobby. There is a Togo's, Baskin Robbins, and Starbucks within walking distance.

Wonderful place to stay, very friendly, helpful staff. Just a great place and people.
