I have been at this extended stay america since mid June and it has been wonderful. The staff is amazing and very courteous. I love the receptionist Tina, because she will go out of her way to please everyone. You will really enjoy and it is a great place to be when you can't be home. My wife and I have stayed at this extended stay for 3 weeks, as we have just moved to this area from out of state. The hotel staff has been very nice, especially Tina. The location is close to everything. We advise staying here as your needs will be well met.

First of all I took a video to back up what I'm stating here. When first got to our room and pulled the bedding back we noticed they sheets were dirty. We had several pieces of black hairs, a stain, crumbs and a nail clipping. We called the front desk and the girl said because she was working by herself no one could come and change the sheets. We had to walk down, twice to get all the sheets. The girl said the manager would contact us but that never happened. Microwave was dirty. Sock in the bathroom. No shampoo, soap, wash rags. Two towels only. Also, the hotel was super noisy. You could hear every door shut and the shower from up stairs. Not a great crowd. I guess people live there? Pillows were flat. We left and bought blankets and pillows. This place looks decent online and is in a good area but isn't kept up. Do not stay here.

The gentleman at the desk was professional and polite. Was able to get a room at a decent rate on short notice. The room appeared pretty clean although by the time I turned down my bed I felt really unsure that the sheets had been changed. There was hair that was not mine. I was way too tired to call the desk and luckily had my own sheet to wrap in. The top blankets looked really pilled and icky. I get that bedding being washed frequently will get that way but there are better types of blankets that can be washed often without appearing so worn. It's located in a nice area - the grounds, lobby and overall hotel was new and clean looking. I'm giving three stars because for the price, the room was decent but I had a bad night's sleep because of the icky bedding. Better bedding would have gotten an extra star from me.

Let's start from the beginning. We walked in and the lobby smelled absolutely horrible, I thought maybe someone just made some weird food. So we then checked in and went to our room. Let me tell you, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The closet didn't have a door. The room smelled awful, very musty. I sat down on the bed, and looked down to see a blood stain on the bedding. Let's just say our stay lasted about 10 minutes, the only thing this place had going for them was the nice young lady at the front desk. Dont waste your money!
