Room looked to be recently renovated which was nice. The entire place is pretty light in the amenities but the room served it's function for sure. Shower was kind of odd... Just an open area with a curatin that doesn't quite go all the way to the ground. So showering gets the rest of the bathroom fairly wet. Didn't mind the cost since I was traveling for work and not paying for it myself, but I'd be pretty upset if I had paid 269 of my own dollars for this place. All in all, a decent hotel but quite overpriced for what it was.

Room was run down and smelled funny. Apparently guests need to collect their own kitchenware and coffee pot from the lobby, which is weird. They also clean rooms once a week. Their "breakfast" only consists of a packaged muffin and flavored coffee. All in all, we shortened our stay there because it was below expectations. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the bed was decent, parking was nice and they let us shorten our hotel stay without any penalties. Still, unless they improve their service or advertise their offerings more honestly, I wouldn't recommend them.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great location because it's right by a lake. Has a stove, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer in the queen bed room. Does not have an HDMI cable, so next time I'll bring my own.

The worst I ever been to. We had reservations and we arrived at 11:30 and the office was closed and after banging on the door for several minutes the night manager finally came and he claimed he could not access the computer and he did not find my name on one of the two sheets of paper he had on the desk, then he made copies of my credit card and driver license in order to check in and it was booked by a travel agency and it was billed directly to the company, we reserved a 2 bed suite and he only provided a 1 bed and small couch with no bed sheets or pillows for 4 people and the worst part was it smelled like urine which made my Kid puke after being there for a couple of minutes and there was no garbage cans in the room and full of carpet stains of disgust, and when I went back to the office to cancel and go somewhere else the night manager refused and told me I would be charged regardless and when I demanded to talk to a manager he refused! If I could give no stars I would, my advise is stay away from this place because it is worse than the ghetto, the luggage rack we had to go find was held together with packaging tape!! I have never dealt with such half hearted service in my life and I wish I read the other reviews before it was booked.

Service was exceptional, the room I was given smelled a bit like cigarettes but nothing too terrible & the location was just fantastic!
