Went to store no body is home. Called number and was told they cant cut double sided tool box keys. Was called by the business to make the situation right. Was told they were having issues with the power supplier and was getting it straightened out. Person was courteous and got my future business for a second try.

Extra Locksmith really did go the extra mile for me in providing great service. I needed to duplicate a special key for my house, and apperantly this key was a restricted key. I wasn't able to find a locksmith store that could help me. I went to Extra locksmith in Dallas and was greeted by a great team of experts that were actually able to help me out! Thank you Extra locksmith! Definitely would recommend using their services.

My wife lost the key to my BMW and I only had the spare left. So, I wanted to get a duplicate of the spare. I called around and found that they were the only one's who could help me, besides going to the dealership, which they would have overcharged me. I went to their store in North Dallas and got the smart key fob made in less than an hour.

David showed up 10 minutes after I called at 11pm, after hours! He got me in the house extremely fast and saved the day. Thank you!

Called them on a Saturday to get a replacement key; quoted me a price; they got the key I needed and called me to let me know and set up a time to come by; got a spare key with a transponder. In and out in 30 minutes. Very nice and professional
