There is NO SECURITY ON HOLIDAYS! My son's storage was just broken into JUIY 4th and they stole a Harley, all his tools, a slot machine ect. Do not store anything irreplaceable and be sure to carry enough ins. to cover replacement. He had been broken into in June 2016 and the thief cut thru the latch and my son's lock and had put their own lock on so planned to return. My son had to pay to have the thief lock cut off $25 plus $15 for a new lock. The gate code was blocked and new lock keys were in the office file as my son is out of town. The thief just waited until the 4th of July and drove in cut the lock and loaded up. It was either a person who has a unit or knows someone who does in order to get through the gate. The Sheriff told me that there have been over 30 storage break ins in Chico the past couple of mos. Cameras help but don't stop the thieves.

Staff is curteous and accommodating. When they are not in the office they return my msgs promptly.
