Extra Space Storage was such a life saver for myself and my mom when we needed storage during our move over the weekend! Doug, one of the managers, was incredibly helpful and kind! He is very efficient and gives you a run through of how to enter and exit the area! I feel so comfortable having a storage space there. Will definitely recommend Extra Space to everyone! Hands down the BEST customer service I have yet to come across in this town. Doug was heaven sent for me and my family. He made our troubles seem like a piece of cake, always so attentive to what we needed, knowledgeable, and just knows exactly what to do to make things work not only for his company but for the customer. These days your lucky if you find someone with one or the other but this location has it all. It has sincerely been a pleasure and such a relief having our valuable things here. I would recommend this location to everyone because of the genuine service you get here. I truly feel like Doug should be apart of corporate, training others on how to abide company rules but still have such flawless customer service. Our family can't thank you enough. :)

Danny was very helpful with my reserved unit. I was unsure about the size. He showed me the unit, along with a larger one. I choose the larger one, he was able to get me a convenient location. He also showed me everything, I needed to know about the unit. He was very polite and professional. Doug helped me tremendously, by showing me the wheeled movers they have available. Also, very polite and professional. Thank you, both so much.

Amber, Doug and sales staff very helpful. Made sure I had the best rates for my needs and appropriate facilities. Very clean and orderly. Great place to store your stuff I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate Doug waiting for us to check in on 2/1. The central office said Englewood was 10 miles away but it was closer to 20. All is well. Thanks Pete & Carol Magnant
