I’m a repeat customer and didn’t even think to shop additional storage spaces for the simple fact that their service is absolutely outstanding. The office is always clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Chao, the rep who helped me with my unit was very kind, understanding and courteous. The ultimate definition of a professional. If I could rate my experience with him personally, he’d get nothing short of 10/10 stars. Keep up the solid work guys.

Ms. P. Hanford was an excellent Representative of extra space storage. She explained all the requirements and went over my bill and was even able to get me to buy a lock. She was very professional and her smile was more heard than seen. Thank you

I have to say that this was the best experience I had with my search for a storage facility. Your Assistant Manager P. Hanford was able to throughly go over the units available and what the requirements are to rent from this location! She is awesome and very knowledgeable.
