My father was the one who actually referred me to this storage. Ever since, I’ve loved the service and care that each individual gives to us the clients. I had to move my stuff from one unit to a new one and I was about to do this on my own but, Ray who works in the office was kind enough to assist me completely even though he didn’t have to. Thanks so much for all the kind customer service the whole team provides! I highly recommended this place to everyone. FYI this is my first review hence the great service!

I highly recommend  Extra Storage for your storage needs. My experience with them has been one of excellent customer service. They really go out of their way to address my concern or questions . I personally feel like I have a customer relationship with them. I am a person who value loyalty from the places I do business with. Here at Extra storage I get that each time.  Joe the manager is always avaliable an Juan very accommodating. They have truly surpassed my expectations. They are friendly and helpful. Skill like theirs in my opinion seemed like a lost art. But I am so glad I found it here.  I am very happy with their service.

Extra storage has the best service ever.  The staff are friendly and professional. The storage rooms are well kept and area nice and clean. However, my loyalty and reason for staying is to their exceptional customer service.  I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I've used other storage facilities within the area, and I've had the best experience by far at this Extra Space Storage on Kennedy. The staff here are SUPER helpful. Joe and Juan go beyond great customer service. Their willingness to help and provide the best possible deal for me showed sincere appreciation for my business. Thank you guys again for making the already daunting task of moving, a bit easier and less stressful. You guys are the best!

This location is a great and friendly. I was taken care of by Juan. He was super kind and informative. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure when my moving truck comes I wouldn’t have any problems. The day my moving company came he was off but came in to take a shift. He checked up on me and even brought me a water because he knew I was frustrated with the moving company. Great location highly recommend and know your stuff will be safe and protected.
