The team at Extra Space Storage on Providence Highway made a challenging family transition more seamless. My family had to suddenly relocate due to the short sale of our building by our landlord. Frustrated and new to using storage, I called around to different places and Extra Space had the warmest reception over the phone. In person, I was greeted by name, walked through the entire process and facility tour at my pace. The team took the time to ensure that I had chosen the right size unit for my family's needs and answered all of my questions. The facility is awesome! So clean, well lit, always available, and I was really impressed with the greeting on the screen when I entered my code! When it was time to empty the storage unit, this process was also made seamless by the team at Extra Space Storage. I would absolute use this location again and highly recommend it. The team is wonderful and the facility is great!

The place is brand new and the people who run it are great. It’s a nice quiet area with minimum traffic off a main road so it’s easy to get to. I never opened a storage unit before but it was an easy process. They have big and small units, the best security system and it’s climate controlled which is nice. It’s pretty cool to have my own storage unit now.

Hello, I want to share my experience leasing at this location. The customer service was fantastic Brian the representative that did all the leasing process was very helpful and professional. The facility was clean and convenient for me because it was available until 10pm perfect location. I am very happy with the service in general. In the future I know what location is the best for the storage of my property. Thank you

The Assistant Manager, Melvin, was very professional. Customer Service is a plus. I had a great experience from beginning to end. My storage unit was cleaned and spacious. So long as we keep it clean and avoid storing food, it will stay clean and critter free.

Good place, good management, my stuff was in there for 2 years without any problems. Sometimes carts are hard to come by on the weekends, could use a few more. Otherwise no complaints.
