The building is awesome, the company itself pretty crappy! Had a unit for 4 months then they jacked the price up nearly $70 without any warning they just mailed a letter to my house! Found a cheaper place with a bigger unit offers better hours and the building is just as nice! Not worth the money!! Do your research!

Always so neat, clean, and organized. I love coming in and being greeted with a warm smile everytime. The main lady is see there i believe her name is Katherine? Is always so nice to me. I alwayd ask a lot of questions and she was so penitent and kind. My locker was very clean. I've seen some nasty ones let me tell you. Keep up the good work!

Been with Extra Space Storage for a while now and i would definitely recommend this place! Very clean, modern, convenient and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice experience.

I wouldn't recommend renting storage here.  The manager Jennifer was kinda mean and confronted me about some things in front of my son making me look stupid. I rented a unit upstairs for my business and found it to be so hot it was hard to breath. I asked corporate and the staff many times to turn the AC up and said they couldn't help me. I plugged in a fan few doors down from the unit so I could work on my business and my son could work on his home school and was talked down to like I was the bad guy here. I just wanted to make product in my unit in peace without bothering anyone
Or myself.  Instead I was accused of things and talked down to for what? I felt threatened and moved out and moved to SAFEGUARD SELF STORAGE right next door and I highly recommend all of you seeing this to check them out first they are awesome!  It's not how nice the unit looks, it's how you they treat you to help make your experience worth paying for. I will never give extra strange space my money again. Here's an image of they climate controlled temperature downstairs, imagine how hot it was upstairs where you would spend a few hours in.
