Spent the last couple of days looking around the Monterey area for a good storage place. This facility works very well for me. Feels secure and weather resistant (cool and humid around here). But what really sold me are the folks that work there, especially Cindy. She met me the first time I was there and showed me around, graciously foregoing diving into her lunch at the time. When I came back a couple of days later to rent a unit she was just as gracious and thoughtful, along with Marion, who was also there this time. Customer service with a smile! Highly recommended.

Nice facility, really close to the beach, c employees, security cameras, and decent access hours. They keep the place very clean! Good prices, sign up using the website, get a better deal.

Best storage facility on the peninsula. The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate my storage needs. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Monterey!!!

If I could I would make this review a 10+. The best team ever. Marion, the manager, is incredible. She knows how to keep client's calm during most stressful times: MOVING! Incredibly clean spaces. My furniture will never want to come home with me!

After looking for a storage for a couple days I came across Extra Space Storage in Monterey I talked to Cindy on the phone first and she was very nice and helpful. When I came to the location to rent my storage not only was Cindy nice and helpful she was very pleasant. She explained everything to me in detail and was very professional . Being in retail I really like the service I received from Cindy. Cindy is a real strong asset to this location . Thank you and keep up the good work . Thanks again, Don and Rachelle
