My experience with this location at extra space storage has been awesome! Steve and Anna has been nothing but helpful in making my move an easy and fun transaction. This is not my first storage unit that I have used and I must say this is by far the best and cleanest location I have ever been in. I highly recommend this locating for any one that needs a storage unit for any reason.

I'm a current extra space storage customer the services are top of the line the guy Steve and his co worker ann are superb and make my storage needs met every time no matter how big or small my problem is they always help me with a smile.I have witnessed Steve and Ann hourly keeping Extra space storage is  always clean environment it's always Extra clean.  Extra space storage has become family to me. My life has become less stressed out because Steve and Ann have done excellence of making sure I leave a happy customer. Ty for my great experience here extra space storage . They have kept to live to keep the meaningfully name alive and live by there motto. I  recommend every one to meet Steve and Ann to let them assist you because you won't regret renting at extra space storage at 4860 military trail. It's a 5 star experience for sure.

Wow! You know that new car smell? Well this facility has new building smell. The place is immaculate, access is easy and the price is right. If you are storing something that you care about or looking for a climate controlled facility that will be maintained at 78F then this could be the right place for you. Easy access to the main building, right sized elevator. What more can you want?

This is an older facility that just added on a brand new building. They have had their issues with technical difficulties in the past but they were addressed. The facility is kept up to remain very clean! The office staff is a little small and could probably use more help but they are by far the friendliest and most helpful. Extra Space Storage seems to have a philosophy that is built into the managers they hire. I have stayed at this location solely because of how knowledgeable, friendly and caring the managing staff is.
