My mom and I went in today to look at the spaces (wanting to switch over from a diff company). We were greeted by Caroly (assuming she's the one on the business card she gave us...says she's the manager). She was very nice and patient. She speaks Spanish so she was able to explain everything to my mom. She gave us the details of the space fees, the initial fee, insurance fee as well as answer our question about when the price increases. We asked about the online price offers as well as the prices of another Extra Space location and she kindly answered them. In terms of the actual facility, she showed us 2 different size spaces. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. We liked it a lot. We signed up for the space and were shown how the codes worked. Very happy with the experience. Thumbs up!

Excellent customer service! Caroly was super helpful. She answered all my questions and got me set up quickly. Clean and safe facility. Highly recommend.

From the time I met with Jonathan, he was extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He followed up with me weeks after our initial meeting and was able to get me the best deal.

By far, this is the best storage in the area. Ask for Jonathan or Caroly (the manager), they are both friendly and caring and go above and beyond to serve and maintain the facility in very clean conditions. My family and I are extremely thankful for their help and that we finally found a very clean storage facility!

Jonathan was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The facility is very clean. I feel very comfortable storing my belongings here.
