They met my needs with a clean, affordable unit.  Tia and her colleagues were consistently friendly and helpful.  The facility was clean, in working order, and safe.  More than adequate insurance coverage is standard with most renters' insurance policies -- which cost about as much as theirs and cover much more -- so I recommend finding an alternative way to meet their insurance requirement.

The staff at Extra Space Storage was very pleasant and helpful.  In particular, Tia was very professional, knowledgeable and patient.  She described different options pertaining to our needs, spent the time to show us each available space all while relaxed and focused on us.  She had the answers to all our questions and was extremely accommodating.  Customer service such as this is uncommon today and was a surprising pleasant experience.  Thank you Tia for being so helpful and making the whole process pleasant.

I’ve never used a storage locker before; but I’m glad that Extra Space was my first experience.  Excellent customer service (thanks, Bill).  Excellent pricing (first month free).  Excellent facility (secure and well-maintained).

Extra Storage has been fabulous. The staff at Extra Storage are courteous, very helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. I couldn't say enough good about them.
