I have used this Extra Space Storage location for the past 12 months. I'm just now checking out of my unit. The facility where my stuff was stored was clean and well-maintained for an outside unit and the price was definitely competitive.  From my experience, the staff was very patient and professional. I especially have to give a shoutout to Todd who I interacted with on multiple occasions.  Even when he was overwhelmingly busy he made sure to focus on my needs before fully engaging the next customer.  Also, when I was moving in he came out to make sure I was okay and see if my furniture was going to fit. In the end he did not change his professionalism and he seemed even more polite than when I met him a year a go.  I have no complaints. For the reasons listed above, I definitely have to give this place five stars.

I’m a college student in the area and I used this storage unit last year to store my things over the summer. The service was incredible and the storage is very safe. I’m using the storage again this summer. Thank you Todd for the INCREDIBLE customer service. 5 stars

Todd was incredibly helpful . He made the process very easy. I called 30 minutes before closing time, and they told me what size storage I should get and immediately set me up with a deal. Todd was super friendly and made sure that everything was as easy as can be. Highly recommended!

Nice facility and it is close by, great access hours too. The inside units are accessible with your vehicle so you can drive in and unload while sheltered. The staff has been helpful and I have no complaints.

absolutely horrible experiences. Bay doors never work, always stay open. And when I complained, Todd actually told me if I can go somewhere else. If somewhere else had units as large as mine in temp control I would. But I guess if the doors are always proppped open it doesn’t matter does it? They left my wife stranded with a dead battery when her car died there. Todd wouldn’t give her a jump, thank goodness a unit neighbor was kind enough. Seriously extra space, get it together. Your service is lacking. Oh and my original post was a forced post because Todd wouldn’t stop asking me to give a review. Well, here it is. Hope others have better experiences.
