My experiences with extra space storage has been a rewarding experience. The staff I have come into contact with have been extremely helpful to everyone especially me. I have been dealing with public storage for years simply because I started with them in Miami Florida. I thought they were really good until I met the people at Extra space. The care, and the time and effort, they put into trying to find just the right unit to fit your needs is excellent. Melissa at the manager at Redland store is absolutely great. Her assistant manager Brittany is definitely a sweetheart and super nice. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Personality is the key, to do great business. I love them both. I am caught up with public storage but thinking about switching over to Extra space if the right unit is available to my location. Thanks extra space. You are next to none one of the very best storage facilities.

This is a very clean facility, Christine showed us around- helped me find the perfect fit storage. Great customer service, super quick sight up and very affordable! 10out of 10 guys, thank you so much!

Brittany was an excellent help from start to finish and very informative. She didn't hesitate to show me different units that would satisfy my needs and not just push me to something to big or small. I would recommend using this place not just for the great customer service but affordable pricing as well.
