Brian was very helpful. I don't come to Storage very often. He helped us get our heavy staff on the cart and into our unit. Awesome!!

I found myself suddenly facing a big move out of a place I had lived at for twenty years and I knew I would need a storage unit. I've accompanied friends over the years to various different storage places but the best by far is Self Storage Units off Wardlow Road in Long Beach. I went on line and reserved a unit and the next day when I went to the office I met Brian who was very helpful and showed me the facility. It is very clean, great access to units and I ended up getting a bigger unit than the one I reserved. I was still given the on-line discount and Brian explained everything in detail. The first step to a big move- and a great choice.

Extra Space Storage runs an immaculate, state-of-the-art facility in East Long Beach. Terms are fair, rates are reasonable given the facilities and security, and staff are very efficient and thorough. I recommend this place to everyone!

Great customer service!! We had to check into this location due to our location being closed and Brian was externally helpful! Highly recommend!!
