Hands down the top storage facility in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. Secure, climate controlled units with easy access to 695 and great parking make it easy to load in and out. Even more impressive is Lynne the assistant manager. She was so positive and helpful. I literally saw her cleaning and disinfecting the restroom. It was cleaner than many large scale restaurant bathrooms. When she was she was done she also sprayed the hallway and elevator. She cleaned with the care and enthusiasm usually associated with how a person would clean their home and not like a person just doing enough to get by at work. I have and will continue to recommended this facility to friends and family.

I am totally satisfied with Ed and Lynn's professional ethics. The both of them are so respectful and adorable. I feel like I am apart of the family. The storage rates are so reasonable and I couldn't ask for nothing more than that. I am so happy about receiving such a blessing today from Extra Space Storage. Thanks for blessing us.

We got a 10x10 unit here in May 2017. The people running the place are extraordinarily nice and helpful and recognize you when you come. It’s clean and typically easy to find parking. We are thankful to have had a space there so close to our home. Just managed to get everything out today! Thanks so much for great service!

Great experience and customer service! Was greeted by Lynn and Ed at the front desk who helped satisfy our concern regarding a lost key to our unit. They both were a huge help with transferring names on our account and walked up with us to show us where our unit was and changed the lock for us. From start to finish they made sure our needs were satisfied and even went above and beyond. Plus, they are open late and if you have a unit, you are able to access it any time of the day. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Towson!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.  Specifically,  Mrs. Lynne, she was wonderful, she called to ensure I didn't need any help with anything prior to my move-in-date.  She was a pleasure in person, as well as, on the phone.  She greeted me with professionalism, energy, and smiles; she was very pleasant.  I would recommend this space to any looking for a storage unit.  

This is my 2nd time leasing from Extra Space Storage, and the facilities are always clean and well lit, and heavily monitored.
