First let me say how beautiful and clean this facility is. It is very well kept. I Couldn't have had a better experience! I am a first-time storage customer so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Kirk Anderson explained and walked me through everything in detail. I really felt like I was in good hands. My questions were answered before I could even think of them. This was one of the most pleasurable customer service experiences I ever had. I wish every business had an employee like him. First impressions are everything and there's no denying I was impressed from the first handshake to the last one goodbye.

Kristine was very nice and helped me get the right unit at the right price. She took time to explain everything and then answered all my questions. I'm feeling good about this place so far. Move in was easy. Thanks!

Very thorough and knowledgeable staff who took their time and showed us how the facilities work. Customer service was stellar. The facilities are clean, safe and well lit.

I highly recommend this facility and in particular working with the staff.  Kristine and John are a real pleasure to work with and are extremely accommodating -- the customer service is 5 stars and, aside from the financial end, so is this facility overall - clean and well-managed.  I've rated this 4 stars for two specific reasons: first, as others have stated, they will raise rates without notice and likely with full knowledge of what a pain it is to move to a different facility; second, a la Seinfeld, a reservation really isn't a reservation -- you have to go in physically and secure the location before the reservation is actually held.  That said, the staff is extremely helpful and conscientious in keeping you advised on the status of the unit and will work with you to make sure you get the unit you need.  Again, Kristine is terrific in helping with your needs.
