Saturday was the first time in years that I have had a need to rent a storage unit. Shane at the North Brunswick location was so very helpful and made a potentially confusing process so much easier. Took the time to understand my circumstances and what exactly was going to be stored in the unit. He made sure that the size I selected was appropriate for our items and gave me some helpful tips as well. I am grateful for not being rushed and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Great customer service from Shane, he is definitely a very knowledgeable person, was glad to have spoken with him during this process

It was very easy to find. Jacob was super helpful in explaining everything. He was actually on his way to the bank when I pulled up and came back to help me. I love the unit that I rented. It's the perfect size

I've been an Extra Space Storage customer for many years. My experience yesterday at the North Brunswick, NJ location was superb! Shane was the most accommodating representative that I've ever had. He even helped put my purchased items in my vehicle, even though other customers were waiting (it only took a second, but that's the kind of quality customer service that he upholds). Thank you Extra Space Storage, but most of all...thank you Shane! You're the best!!!

What a great storage facility. I have been renting here for years and Jake and Shane have always been a huge help when ever I stop by. I have used storage before at other places but this is the only place I would go to now.

I am moving and needed a storage unit. I went to extra space storage and met Jake and Shane. They were friendly and professional. I am very stressed and they took their time with me. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They even helped me put boxes in my truck. They made this part of moving quite pleasant.. I would recommend extra space storage to anyone. The facility is also very clean and secure. The customer service is outstanding!
