They gave me so many problems when I was first trying to move into the unit. But I'm writing this review because there was an instance where I arrived a little after it closed, but the store manager, Marquita, still let me go to my unit to drop my stuff off without hesitation. I was so appreciative because I came from such a CRAZY situation (she didn't even know about that), and it would have been a lot of trouble for me if I couldn't get my stuff in my unit.  She is a great employee to this company. Also, all the staff here are very professional.

No complaints at all about the actual storage units.

From the moment i walked into the facility i felt secured. Not only was Mrs. Marquita nice and helpful but also reassured me that all my belongings are in the best hands.
The hour's of operation fits perfectly with my schedule.!

Wow is all can say. As a retail professional myself, I would like to thank Marquita for her outstanding professional and customer service. She walked me through the process from beginning to end and answered any and every question. She is very warm and welcoming. I am moving out on my own and have been stressed however this part of my move has been the fastest and smoothest aspect. 100 stars!!!Thanks again Marquita!
