From the moment I walked in the door Elaine was so helpful polite and friendly, what a pleasant experience! Even the next day when I was loading my items into the storage she drives by just to make sure everyone is okay which makes me feel extra safe and comforts me that my items are going to be safe as well. Excellent customer service!

When I called Brent gave me all the details over the phone and was very friendly. When I got there, Brent took me back right away to make sure I was purchasing the correct locker. This was my first time renting a storage space and he made it super easy for me.
