This place is Great! Michelle is always informative and professional. I love my space and location. It's very affordable to store my household goods while we're building our home.  I highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. I was just looking around for a possible storage unit to free up garage space. The place looked great, very clean and well kept. Michelle was very pleasant and extremely helpful with all of my questions.

I went in a few weeks ago to get a storage locker and was helped by, I believe, a gentleman named Taylor. He was from Dallas to temporarily help this location out, but he was great! He could have been short with me and just try to get me out of the way (it was fairly close to closing time) considering he was only there temporarily and would likely never see me again. He explained thoroughly everything about what was required and payments, etc. It was an easy experience. 

Bonus points for a follow up call a week or so later! Michelle left me a voicemail asking how everything went and hoped it went well. 

For price, oh man, have you seen storage locker prices lately? They're nuts! I had a unit about 10 years ago in Bee Cave for around $30-40 a month and that same unit is now going for over $70! This was definitely the best priced unit in the area (Marble Falls, Spicewood, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and South Austin). 

Long story short, I definitely recommend this complex. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. Their hours for access are really great as well!

Michelle was great to work with here.  She helped me get squared away with exactly what I needed and went out of her way to make it completely painless.  Great service, great location and great storage units.
