Very nice people and the service they provide is top notch

Unfortunately I've had a very unpleasant experience with this storage unit company for the first couple of months everything was fine then shortly after they started increasing our monthly rate by almost $10 each month and we always paid our unit on time, well I had this problem with three days before my unit was due they would constantly call my phone asking when I was going to come in and pay them  I explain to them I got paid on Thursday and would be in to pay it then and on that Thursday they would constantly called me asking when I was going to come in while I was at work.  My storage unit bill was due on Thanksgiving and the storage unit company was closed for Thanksgiving and Black Friday so the following Monday I went in to pay my storage unit and they had put a lock on my storage unit  and my access was restricted they charge me a huge fine in order to get my storage unit unlocked  So after paying this fine I took all of my belongings out of the storage unit which was covered in rat feces and urine and the unit was infested with cockroaches.  And my belongings had only been in this storage unit for seven months I wouldn't recommend the storage unit to anybody it's not worth it especially for the amount they charged you.

Hope you don't ever need to get in touch with someone in the office department. Apparently returning messages isn't something they do.
