I had a really great experience renting my first storage unit from Extra Space Storage on Slaughter Road- and LeChelle was amazing to work with! Not only did she give me a "walk through" of the varying sizes I was looking at- but she assisted me with reserving online- talked me through all the details of renting the space- explained the "why" behind the renters insurance as it pertains to climate controlled units specifically- and had a big welcoming smile on her face the entire time! She is an asset to your company- and I would absolutely refer others to your storage units as well!

I run Gill's Movers and on June 21 we were moving an elderly couple in Huntsville. The move had gotten very stressful due to all the changing of where things were going. We had to drop a truck load off at Extra space Storage. Amanda made the day go a lot better. She made a stressful day very peaceful.  The place was very clean and service was great.  Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience.

We were able to get exactly what we needed for a reasonable price, and the staff was extremely helpful. Even though we rented at the last minute, everything worked out perfectly. The grounds and our unit are all very clean, and the location is very convenient to Madison, Research Park,  and Monrovia.
