Today I visited Extra Space Storage and I was very pleased! The units are very clean and the prices are great. Lonnie was awesome to work with and she made sure she went over everything with me. I felt like she went over and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, all of my questions were answered and I had no concerns about anything after speaking with her. I had a great experience with this location.

Extra Space storage on Clemson Rd is indeed a great decision for your storage needs. When I called to inquire about storage units, I was greeted with a bubbly personality on the other end of the phone (Lonnie). She not only assisted me with finding the right unit for my friend, but told us about their promotional rate  (*1st month FREE) which was great! When we arrived at Extra Storage  facility, it was very clean and Lonnie was as nice in person as she was on the phone! It's always great to do business with people with outstanding people's skills!

My husband and I are a military couple and we've used extra space storage before. This time was BY FAR the BEST customer service experience I've ever had! Lonnie was AWESOME! She took her time and really explained everything to me. When I got there I was so overwhelmed with moving. My house sold sooner than I thought and we had to move out so the new family could move in. My husband is in Korea, and I had my LO with me, and he was VERY busy that day. He was touching, pulling and crying about everything but Lonnie took him from me, and entertained him while she STILL did my paperwork! I was so impressed! She really takes the time to fulfil the customers needs and that means a lot! If your looking for a good storage facility! GO TO EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!!!

Becky is an amazing person with a charming attitude. I made an online reservation the morning of July 31st and she was accommodating to me and my wife's needs. The facility is large and very, very clean!
