Tina is awesome! She greeted me and my mom with a great attitude, professionalism & genuineness. She answered all of our questions & made us feel secure about leaving my belongings in the unit. The building is clean, well lit & secure. We're actually moving from another storage to Extra Space because the environment is safer & she cares about keeping it that way.  That takes a lot of stress off of us & makes my mom happy!

Well as I walked in Tina greeted me with a smile and asked about my day. After a short chat she helped me get the storage I want in Miami. Extra storage has great deals vs. others I've used in past friendly and clean place. Very impressed.

Tina the assistant store manager was amazing. She not only was extremely kind and warm, but informative and efficient. Being the first time renting a storage unit and being completely clueless, She guided me through all my questions and concerns. 

First of all the facility is extremely clean and so nice and extremely secure. She gave me the tour and showed me how to do the entry After calling around to over 13 storage facilities, the minute I spoke to Tina and heard her voice I felt immediately relieved and she recommended me to come in to check it out right then and there. 

The best part about this facility is Tina's patience with me. She is an asset there and I would recommend everyone.

Tina is an awesome manager and foes out if her way to make the process so easy and quick..she.knows her stuff and offers solutions.  The property  is well kept and clean.  I recommend this location. Thanks Tina

This is for tenant Brooke who is unable to access email or Google account.  She asked me to write it for her.  Tina is very accommodating polite and professional and will do everything to help you out.  Tina makes this process very easy and stress-free I recommend this facility anytime.  Tina also keeps this facility spotless
