I WAS ROBBED OF TWO THIRDS MY STORAGE UNIT AT THE CROWS LANDING LOCATION. THE NEW MANAGERS I AM CERTAIN DID THIS. BEING NEW MANAGER SAID IT WAS THE PREVIOUS MANAGERS THEY WERE TWEAKERS. I KNEW THE PREVIOUS MANAGERS AND THEY WERE A NICE YOUNG COUPLE WITH TWO SMALL KIDS AND THEY WERE NOT DRUGGIES. NOW THIS NEW GUY BLAMES THEM YET TELLS ME HE AND HIS GF HAD BEEN THERE 4 MONTHS AND WAS WONDERING WHY THERE WAS NOT A LOCK ON MY STORAGE? GEE WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME JACKASS AND PUT A LOCK ON IT.  I LOST TOO MANY HEIRLOOM VALUABLES TO LET THIS HAPPEN BUT WHAT CAN I DO?  THIS IS JUST A SAD AND PATHETIC GROUP OF THIEVING BASTARDS.

Manual and Bob were a great help. Answered all my question . I would recommend this place to every one. 
 
I have had storage here for over 2 years and never had any problems . The staff has always been there to answer any questions. Definitely 5 stars

****EXTRA SPACE IS A SCAM*****  there is NO 1RST MONTH FREE in Modesto !!!!!  It's called a bait and switch. First, customers are "baited" by merchants's advertising products or services at a low price, but when customers visit the store, they discover that the advertised goods either are not available or are not as good as expected, or the customers are pressured by sales people to consider similar, but higher-priced, items.  THAT'S ILLEGAL.
