Very clean, well organized facility. Well lit with excellent indoor environmental control. Good, central access. Good unload area with large truck space. Plenty of rolling carts for customer use. Cargo elevator access. Charles, the manager, is very knowledgeable. He can help with all your decisions without being pushy. A very good value.

Nice facility and location so no complaints there. They did increase my rent for 20+ dollars per month about 5 months in. When I called they said that they always up the price 6 months in and when I mentioned it had only been 5 they changed their words saying "oh I meant 5 or 6 months" -- so a little fishy there. So if you are planning on renting long term, watch out. Also the staff Charles was quite rude to my husband and I for no good reason. I asked my husband afterwards if he felt that the staff was being rude or was I just imagining things and he said he felt the same way. He was really nice the first time I was there to check out the facility and before I signed the contact, so I was originally thrilled to have found such a nice facility. However any other time I have seen him since he has been less than polite - makes me feel that he was only nice to get me to sign the contract. Never had any contact with any other staff so can't say much about them. Overall a nice facility but the customer service was not ideal. Will not be back.

This is without a doubt the nicest storage facility I have ever rented from. Clean, well lit and convenient! Charles is helpful and knowledgeable in every way about the facility.
He made the rental decision easy and painless.

Charles is awesome! He was so helpful in every way! The facility was clean and spacious! I would recommend this place to everyone! Charles definitely is the greatest asset to this storage place!

Charles at Extra Space Storage is great. He is professional, helpful and nice. This place is brand new and very convenient. The security cameras make me feel secure. We pay less for a climatized unit here than we do in West Asheville. We will be moving everything here. Oh, they even have dollies for you to use! Can't say enough good about Charles and Extra Space Storage!!!
