I was going to leave because my rent went up almost 100% in 5yrs. But I was able to downsize and get into a smaller space. Stephanie and Jorge helped me get the best deal, and I paid a year in advance and got a month free for doing so. Thank you guys!!!! Way to go Stephanie, you're the best!

This place is so customer friendly and very professional employees esp front counter assistant Stephanie. I highly recommend this storage facility. Also thanks to George for his help when I showed up unexpected, very customer friendly.

Derrick is awesome!! I was able to switch my existing unit to a larger unit that was close by (two doors away), and all within one day and one visit. He even offered and took the time to show me where to get a dolly/cart to assist with transferring my furnishings BEFORE I inquired about it. It's not often that people go that extra mile to assist you so I'm grateful!  Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Derrick was the best!!! He was scheduled to get off work at 6pm, the day before the 4th of July. I visited on my lunch hour but didn't have time to do the paperwork. He did show me 2 units in my rush. He was the most professional and accommodating agent I ever worked with when visiting a storage facility. I will never rent anywhere else. He made me comfortable with Extra Storage from this point forward. Thanks Derrick!!!!
