Excellent customer service and clean facility!  When I originally moved in, I was able to sign up at the location closet to me and move in to this location. This was especially helpfully because they were about to close and my other storage option fell through at the last minute. I will use them again or another extra space storage if I ever need storage again and highly recommend them to others.

When walking into this facility, the first thing  I noticed was how clean it was. It was bright and did not feel dark and gloomy like most storage units can sometimes feel. The warm greeting I received when walking into Extra Space Storage was great. Tasha made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I'm very pleased with my decision to store my items here and will definitely be recommending Extra Space Storage to everyone!

This location is amazing and has Amazing customer service! They are very very knowledgeable and helpful when asking a million questions. The manager Robert has been amazing trough this process and along with Vensetta have made this process so easy and painless. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

I have done business with this storage facility once before they were awesome then and they are even better now especially Robert the manager. He went out of his way to help me and make sure that my needs were met and I greatly appreciate him for that. I will always do business with them no matter where I go. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Again thank you guys and thanks again Robert you are one in a million.

As a 1st time Extra Space Storage customer I was very pleased with the location and service provided, but I am most appreciative of Michael Joseph's professionalism and customer service. From the moment I walked in, I realized that Michael was knowledgeable and organized. He was thorough when describing details such as hours of operation, renter's insurance, padlock choices, storage sizes, etc. He was informational without being a "pushy" salesman. He used a standard work checklist to log everyday task which I think is exemplary for a manager. He multi-tasked by answering phones promptly without being rude to me or the person on the line. Michael even came around the desk to open the door for me and my girlfriend as we left the office. I believe this act also speaks volumes for his character. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
