The people are great and the facility is is to get in and out of. But this is not a real climate controlled facility. They cement ceiling that are open to the unit create moisture. They air conditioning is not powerful enough to keep the units cool and dry. You can tel the difference as soon as you walk into any real climate controlled facility. We had mold and mildew on our belongings. And a moth infestation that ruined a box of oriental rugs. Until they really invest in a system to keep the units dry and cool I would not advise anyone to store things they care about here.

Had a great experience in this facility. Was in a hurry and may have come across a bit rude, but Marion made sure I had everything I needed and was well taken care of with a smile. He even helped me get my truck out of a sticky spot. The unit was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a great customer service experience here from start to finish with both the store manager and the regional manager.  The facility is always clean and very secure.
