I'm not one to write business reviews but I had such a positive experience here that I feel compelled to share my experience. My wife and I have passed by this place for many years but have never had the need for extra storage space. Without going into details, we recently had a family member that needed a lot of household items put into a storage facility. We debated about whether to give up our own garage space or consider renting a storage facility. Our own garage would be an easy choice but it also meant giving up our space -- which we weren't too fond of (especially my wife.) We decided to check out Extra Space Storage on Main St. and I couldn't be happier that we did. We had no idea how it worked or what our options were. We met with a woman (I think her name was Roberta?) that was incredibly helpful and supportive, particularly given we had no idea what we were doing and the family situation we were dealing with. She really helped us get a better grasp on what our storage size needs might be as well as providing us detailed information about security, access, etc. We were so impressed that we didn't even look at other facilities and have moved all the items into storage. We've been back several times and always have great interactions with the staff. In fact, I think we may consider renting another space for some unused items we currently have in our home but aren't quite ready to part with. I'm just really impressed with this facility and our interaction with the staff.

This was our first time renting from here and our experience has been great! Every staff member has been very out going and friendly way beyond any other place that we have gone to. I will be telling all our family and friends to go there for their storage needs. Thank you so much extra space storage for being for us!

I love this place. Easy access, security systems, & the best customer service ever! I can also mention the first month is free. Can’t top Extra Space Storage!

This was our first time ever renting a storage. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to look at the unit sizes. Cindy Lou, the manager, was great. I never thought renting a storage would be so exciting. When we first got there we were the only customers, all of a sudden there were so many people in the office, it was out of control. This place gets busy, especially on a Saturday. Cindy was the only one working that day. She was so good at fulling everybody's needs in a timely matter. Even a grumpy customer came in and was very rude to her, but she kept calm and very professional. I'm pretty sure Cindy knew it was our first time getting our own storage just because we were very new to the whole process, and we look pretty young. She walked out to our storage with us helped us put the lock on and gave us a hug when we were all done. She really does care for her customers. After about 6 months we decided we no longer needed the storage and moved out. The moving out process was a breeze! We thank her and will recommend everyone to this specific site!!!

The manager Cindy-Lou is extremely helpful and professional. The site is secure and clean. Highly recommend the site for safety and security along with the customer service.
