This storage facility is very clean and well ran. The prices are fair and the customer service is above and beyond. Char always takes care of my family and I and always makes sure to show us any and all options available to us. She takes her time and is always kind and pleasant. I have been renting a unit, now two, for almost a year now and Char is always there when we need her. Even when my husband forgot to place the lock on our storage one evening, Char was there to ensure our stuff was not stolen and placed an Extra Space Storage lock on our unit until she was able to reach us the next morning. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Ask for Char she is the bomb!! She's super helpful and understanding, the place seems safe and she even got on a customer for pulling in behind me! " You got a code here?? You can't be doing that!" That's what I'm talking about! Security

Char M., the assistant manager was awesome! So helpful! I had some bum news early in the day but i worked it out with Char, and resolved all the issues. Thanks Char! GREAT service!
