As I walked out of my car mark was already there holding the door open for me and everyone who was working was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. They explained everything to me very well which I appreciated because sometimes I need that little extra explaining about things. The facility was very updated and clean, can't complain about this place one bit. 10/10 recommended!!! And prices are very affordable 👍🏻

Nothing bad to say about this place. The prices are reasonable also. The workers are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage needs.

Was easy move in and an easy move out. I had a family situation come up and was late on getting out a few days. They understood and refunded the fees. I will definitely suggest this storage facility as it's very clean and friendly.

We loved getting a storage space with Extra Space Storage in Crest Hill. Jackie was friendly and very informative with everything we needed to know about our storage. We would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!!!
