Clean facility, friendly staff, would recommend. On the day I moved out I've removed my lock and left my unit closed but unlocked. I got a call from the storage manager making sure everything was okay because when they were walking the grounds they notice my lock was missing. This is very impressive showing that that not only do they walk around and pay attention they will locate and contact you if anything looks awry. 5 out of 5 would recommend

My parents rented units here for years and when I needed a unit, this is the first place I came. They said to ask for Sarah but she's at another facility. I dealt with the new manager Kat and she was Awesome!! Friendly, informative and super helpful! If you are unsure of where to store your items, look no further because the employees here genuinely care about you and telling you the best way to store your items to keep them safe! ; 10 stars!! Thanks Kat!!!

I had to switch out storage units. It’s was no problem at all. I even got a senior discount along with the free first month. Great service. The two ladies on the desk were great. Sorry that I don’t remember their names.

Gary was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with (and he was covering Tom's River location, he's usually at Neptune). The other facility managers are equally friendly and helpful. I've rented at other storage facilities countless times, but Extra Space is now at the top of my list. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.
