The first time I went I met the owner and he was super cool to me and answered all of my beginner questions. The second time I went in the girl with the nose ring (same person the other low reviewer must be talking about) was super rude and had a bad attitude. We were the only customers in the store and asked her a simple question and you would have thought we asked for her first born child. Lots of sighs and dirty looks our way. I won't shop there again, that was ridiculous and childish, and I almost left the things I was gonna buy on the counter and walked out. If I had not needed them I would have bailed. Hire nicer people man it wasn't even busy, and you are a super nice owner! This is an expensive hobby so people want to deal with kind people.

I have been going here for years to get my fish and supplies. The workers are always busy because they are understaffed (because they are a small business they can't have more workers) but they are always willing to help you get what you need to keep your fish healthy. Scott (the boss) and Heidi (the manager) are extremely knowledgeable in the industry.

Very friendly and lovely staff. They had a wide variety of marine and freshwater fish! The tanks were really well kept. Loyalty program and product prices were very fair. Will come again.

love this mom and pop shop for fresh and salt water fish and the employees know what they are talkting about and really help the customers out in need
