I've only been here once and the service was everything you'd expect from the food court in a mall. Wasn't bad, wasn't awesome - just efficient. I had their chipotle chicken pita and it was surprisingly good for food court fare. I could almost pretend I wasn't eating fast food. Sure it's more expensive than McDonald's but it's around the same price as Subway so I have no complaints. I didn't notice any improper handling of food.

If I could give negative stars I would. The worst fast food experience in the Orchard Park! 

Actually throwing food across the store on to the grill that was so disgusting with all the dirty scraped bits left on there piled high.  The "fresh ingredients" were brown and discoloured before they even got to the grill. Looked like they been rotting in their own juices for a while. . .

 I asked for no olives or onions... I got double. The whole experience just made me gag. Right in the garbage. Never going there again. DISGUSTING. Should never have paid for it. . . 

I work in the Orchard Park mall and only have so much time for lunch. I guess I'll be starving before I eat a half rotten dirty grilled meal from extreme pita. 🤢

Good experience at Extreme Pita. I've been follow this food for a while and I found it a great option when you try to do your best to change your fast food diet. It's healthy and delicious options. Good size and portions.

please avoid this place. eat at your own risk... the food isn't handled properly with food safe rules in mind. sometimes the food is moldy and things aren't washed properly. workers do a half ass job when prepping and dishes

Avoid this place. The owners treat their staff and customers like garbage. Food is unsafe, there is mold. Prep items are left out in the back at room temp to rot, nothing is ever cleaned properly. Eat at your own risk.
