First time here and we love it. You wait for the food, but it's worth it. Just found out they deliver! People are friendly and the prices are great for this area.
Mediocre pizza and quite bad service. They’ve botch several of my orders over time. And they don’t follow their own operating hours. You can order a pizza online, get an estimated pick up time, and show up to find it closed. Rocco’s is much more reliable.
Pizza is great when they actually are open. Hours on the website and google maps are wrong. They close early all of the time. Twice now we’ve placed an online order just to find out they closed early.Food: 5/5
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and IT DOESN’T DISAPPOINT! Thanks to yall, also they were extremely nice to us!
The pizza is good but the salad disappointed me. For 11 dollars you get this little salad. It has 6 little peices of chicken that was dry and chewy and one tiny thing of dressing. It wouldn't even be enough food to fill up my toddler, I had to get something else to eat after. Completely the opposite of the location in San Rafael.
Cleanliness wise it was very shabby.. Oregono shaker looked like it is not washed for years.. Pizza base was so bad that it was as good as naan not a pizza base.. in all taste and experience was not worth the price for a 12inch pizza with 2-3 toppings .. Also they didn’t carry basic things like paper towel.. Poor way of treating customers..
Super great service. Good vibe. Quick and great gluten free pizza
Just had a pizza delivered. Has to be hands down THE WORST PIZZA I've ever had! Barely any toppings or cheese. I ordered regular crust, if this is regular thing crust must be a wafer. Not to mention I asked for light tomato sauce and you can literally see the sauce through the toppings, Which is not light And just goes to show how meager the toppings were. Did I mention it was overcooked as well?? Total garbage. If you see below the owner responded to me to give them a second chance yet, no offer to refund my money or make me another Pizza so why the hell would I ever give you a second chance?? You're not willing to make the first chance right
The pizza was fair priced and they were perfect for lunch after a hike at Mt Tam. They do both whole pizzas and single slices too. The place had a very homey feel and the manager there was nice. There was no one else eating there which was strange, very underated.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
My pizza was delivered by Grub Hub. So, they are only responsible for the delivery. However, the pizza was less than desirable because of one thing. There was hardly any sauce on my large pizza. It was dry as a bone. I could see the sauce on the edge, barely, yet as I bit into it I kept looking at the pizza I couldn't see sauce. As if they put it on and then scraped off. As if the pizza maker drifted off to sleep mid sauce. I called Extreme Pizza. He was rude. OK so that is Extreme Pizza's fault. Now the driver; that is Grub Hubs hired driver. We put a large 8"×10" note on the door to KNOCK. He was only 5 minutes late. No problem there. We heard him put it on the ground at our door. NO KNOCK at all. The pizza was cold like it was last time it was delivered, also no knock, but that time we didn't hear him at the door. So by the time we had opened the door it was cold. So, I called Grub Hub, spoke to CJ. He listened to my complaint without interuption. He did refund me. He was great on the phone. Kudos to CJ from Grub Hub.
