I asked for a bag to carry the items I purchased. The attendant began speaking loudly in his native tongue, snatched the items off the counter, placed them in the bag and threw the bag in front of me. I politely said, "Cancel my order. I want a refund." He said no refund (in English). A gentleman came from behind the counter, introduced himself as the manager and apologized for the attendant. He said, "I just told him not to swear at you because you do not understand the language and it is my right to ask for a bag." Thumbs up to the manager. Thumbs down to the attendant.
