Pretty much your typical gas station. Small food mart inside. Has a car wash around back. Pretty nice area.

-Extremely rude employees
-They will not refund your car wash even though they always have over 7 cars waiting in line and don't tell you about it while you're purchasing it because they know you won't buy it then....   and of course the car wash needs to be entered though the rear so there's no way to know that there's a million cars waiting until AFTER you've bought the car wash.
-Underhanded tactics to make a buck.
-Very little selection in the store as is.

For today being the last day of the year your service at Exxon in Miami Lakes Florida station number 268288 located on 13901 NW. 67th Ave. in Miami Lakes 33014 for sunshine 162. This Exxon station has the worst customer service and lack of working equipment when it comes to the car wash I try to put in my five digit code and it did not work I went into the gas station and advised the attendant and to them what was going on and she told me that I had 14 days to use the code when it wasn't working she called the manager and the manager told her that she couldn't give me a refund until I use my code witch does not make sense. Then there was a man outside looking at everybody's code so how do I know that he's not going to use my code? you guys make it tough to get a refund when I wasn't even able to get my car washed horrible customer service. And the lady did not help me at all because she couldn't provide me with a response and was just giving me the runaround just to get me out of the gas station. I'm never going to the Exxon again and I am going to go ahead and post this on social media. Other customers should not go through this with a horrible customer service in the Miami Lakes Exxon with equipment that does not work. Having customers being harassed by other people while waiting in their car which is a hazard to everybody's health. Now I have to wait all the way until Monday so I could go and speak with a manager so I could get a refund of eight dollars because you have lousy equipment.
