I had a horrific experience at this Exxon which is located across from Prince George’s Community College on Campus Way South. I intended to have my car inspected for Maryland. The posted hours for inspection are M-F 8am-6pm and Sat 8am-4pm. When I arrived on Saturday, it was 2:30pm. I asked to receive an inspection, but Omar, one of the technicians, told me that there would be no more inspections for the day. Since this was before the 4pm cutoff time, I asked him if this was typical on every Saturday to stop inspecting cars at 2:30pm or if it was just today. Omar curtly replied that inspections are stopped on Saturdays at 2:30pm. I responded that the sign which is posted above the Exxon shop says inspections run until 4pm. Omar proceeded to ignore me and continued to passively wash a car in front of me. The owner of the car repair shop, Rahat, came out and apologized for Omar, saying that Omar was “just a kid”, and that he was not even the person to complete inspections. Rahat went on to say that because of the car backup, there would be no more inspections for the day. Rahat proceeded to tell me to take my business somewhere else, Seat Pleasant to be exact. What makes this encounter worse is that my mother was with me, and 30minutes of her precious time were wasted. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. And in Rahat’s words, I encourage others to take their business to “Seat Pleasant”.

Very high prices compared to other area gas stations. I recommend you find another gas station to fill up your car.

They have an air machine with a digital display so you get the proper amount of air pressure more quickly!
