We are on our way to California from Alabama before going home to Oregon last night. Around 1:30 am out car stated swerving a bit. So I pulled off the road at the very next exit I saw.  Once here I jumped out to check the tires. Out rear driver side tires looked low and as soon as I touched it it completely deflated. Another minute or so on the road and we would have been in real trouble. Lots of big rigs on this hwy at night going up to 80 mph about ten minutes after getting her a huge winds storm hit and lots of vehicles pulled in to take refuge.  This place may not be fancy but the bathrooms are clean plant of food to eat, pleasant staff, plenty of parking, fuel ⛽ even, blankets, clothing, shoes and hats if you need.  Basically a little bit of everything. I felt safe here all night AAA is on the way now.

I always spend money at the local truck stops, just a contribution to the local economy. This location charges $.50 for a cup of ice in you OWN cup. Truckers rely in ice along the way to keep our drinks cold and handy while driving up to 8 hours without stopping. It takes less water to make a cup of ice than it does to rinse your hands, will they charge for that next? We left without spending any money. It's the little things like free ice a water that drivers appreciate. Oh yes, being friendly helps too, which they were not. We're west bound headed to the chain truck stops just 18 miles away. Their loss.

Giving this place one star is more then they deserve. First I enquired about some of the items in the store and was told they had no idea if it was real leather, ostrich, gator etc. The cashier followed my nieces and I around the store as if we were going to steal. He made it very obvious of his intentions towards us.  And made my nieces feel very uncomfortable. I told my niece to leave the key chain she wanted to buy as we made our way towards the exit he aggressively asked her where it was as if she had stolen it. And wemt to gi retrieve it from where she left it. Im thoroughly disgusted by his attitude towarfs us but mostly disgusted by his actions!! I asked him why didn't he follow any other ppl around the store he made a lame excuse. Mind you we pulled up in my luxury vehicle, wearing high end clothing from head to toe. So why he would follow us around is crazy to me when normally ppl kiss our butts every place we go shopping. I will never come back here again!!! They do not deserve to be in business treating ppl wanting to spend money this way. Btw it gets worse, the restrooms are stanky(yes stanky not smelly), nasty, toliets full if poo stains and reeked of urine. The counters were not clean and the sinks had hair and other gross looking items in them, the trash was overflowing onto the floor. Lastly, Don't play the machines either because they won't pay you in cash the winnings is in store credit only!!

Prices of gas they are wrong on Google maps, it shows 2.29 for diesel and it was at 2.39 a gallon. Mens Bathroom need a up grade, employee s try to keep them clean.

It is an old school truck stop. Gravel parking, but lots of it. Heading from West to east, the Pilot, Loves and rest area don't have much parking but this place does, and it is the last parking on I-10 for a couple hundred miles.
