I was always told to never go to gas station mechanics b/c you will get ripped off.  In the spirit of supporting my local business I went in for an oil change, to charge up the a/c & to replace the clips of the drivers window that had broken.  2 hours worth of work, tops.  8 hours later I'm told my car is not fixed, for some reason none of the windows roll down, my bill is $450 & I still need a new switch b/c mine is bad.  There was NOTHING wrong with the switch nor any of my windows or anything related to the power for that matter.  All it needed were some plastic parts not the new regulator & motor that they purchased & installed w/o so much as a phone call to quote me a price or ask permission.  When I look at the car it takes me 2 seconds to see the CHILD SAFETY LOCKS were on & thats why the windows wouldn't roll down!!!  I had to leave the car there overnight as I told them to remove the new regulator & motor & return the car to me in the condition it was in.  I pick it up at noon the next day, the mechanic is still insisting i need the regulator, the motor & a new switch & stated none of the windows would work as a result.  Now I know if something doesn't work, its because it was tampered with.  I had never once had a single problem with my windows or the switch until I brought it into this Exxon.  But they wiped their hands of the situation, returned the car in worse shape then when I dropped it off which is an all time first & after contacting the owner of the garage, still nothing has been done.  THE WORST SERVICE I have ever received anywhere & obviously will never go back.

I can't believe it I just went there to get my 3th break light because it won't turn on and my signal front light as well I was told that it take a wile to fix it i have to leave my car  because the car has a electric short so I decide go to auto zone and buy some light bolt and fix it for my self and guess what it took me 5 minutes to replace both and $7 is what I spend in money this guy told me it take some time to fix it and as you know time means money !!!!!! Never coming back again
