My 86 yr old mother was recently seen at your office. The office staff and assessment staff were very professional, through and friendly. However, Dr. P. showed very little patience. She was abrupt and rushed during her initial assessment. We got the feeling that she had another pressing appointment. She did not ask us if we had questions or concerns before quickly exiting the room. My sister and I were both very disappointed with the service she rendered to our mom.

Service is fast and efficient. I made a mistake last time, going to the wrong office. They fit me in, no problem and hardly any wait.

My doc is Beverly Bishop, though I have had positive experiences with others at this practice. She is a very kind person.

Other than for an extended wait the staff was Efficient, courteous, and demonstrated expertise in their field. It was my first visit so it’s too soon to have a conclusion, but they inspired confidence.

First, Dr. P is an amazing ophthalmologist! She's totally awesome, however, the contact lens department is AWFUL.  This one department alone is why I'm giving such a low rating.   First, they were to see me for a contact fitting after my eye exam, prescheduled at 8:15 a.m..  After the exam, instead of fitting my lenses, they forced me to reschedule with the stipulation it could only be in an afternoons because that's when they do fittings (but previously they knew I was going to have a fitting after an a.m. appointment so, whatever). Second, the associate, Sandra, was immensely rude and unprofessional.  She approached me in the lobby before my appointment with Dr. P and proceeded to belittle me in front of other patients as she asked, "have you ever even worn contacts before?" I responded with, "Yes, for 20 years".  Then, she said, "Well, you never wear them in or know what kind you wear!" And this was my FIRST ANNUAL exam/contact fitting at this office! Lastly, I've tried for 3 full days to get the appointment rescheduled to fit these contacts they gave me 3 weeks ago ... and I only got a call back at 7 p.m. for a message I had left at 8 a.m. the previous morning!!  It's a highly unprofessional way to conduct business. I would suggest only see Dr. P but don't bother getting contact lenses.  That department is AWFUL & needs cleaned up.
