Dr. Cote and Dr. Phillips are who we go to. I LOVE both of them. Excellent eye care. However, their hours are limited to two days a week during school hours. Which is frustrating to make an appointment for my child. They don't have weekend appointments. It says a lot about how great these doctors are for me to stick with them. The biggest turn off is the office staff. I am not sure if they could be more drone like and less caring.

Once again a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional and kind. Always greeted with a smile and willingness to answer any questions. Dr. Philips once again addressed my concerns and patiently allowed me to explain what my needs were. As always he provided me with options that made a huge difference as far as my appointment type and solution for my contacts. He made suggestions that were very helpful and made me feel relaxed. I had my preliminary testing as always and it was done with a smile and kindness. I am returning in a month for follow up. I look forward to my continued care by the people at Eyecare of Vermont.

I was a walk-in with two pairs of glasses that needed the nose pieces replaced. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with glasses fixed, cleaning cloth and carrying case for 5.00 Thank you so much.

Very bad experience... I called the wrong eye doctors and made and appointment. Once I realized I called them back to cancel and apologize. She was very rude and hung up on me. Not impressed at all, very poor customer service.

Burlington location has big attitude. It seems to permeate the place in all staff.... from reception to the doctors. Thumbs down for overall customer service. Whether on the phone or in person, every interaction I have ever had with this place reminds me that the staff is miserable & cranky. Then they make me feel like I am the one with the problem! WHAT? No thanks. There are plenty of OTHER eye doctors. Don't waste your time. I tried it bc it's convenient; somewhere else will be worth the drive.
