I was introduced to Ajeenah several years ago and highly recommend her for your taxes needs as well as your real estate needs!  She knows her stuff and that is KEY for me!  I don't want someone who doesn't take responsibility for herself (himself) should there be errors, etc!  You don't mess with the IRS and if you do, shame on you as it will come back to haunt you!

I have used EZ E-File Tax Preparers for all of my tax needs and financial advise since they opened for business. I am very surprised by the negative review I have read here because I have always been treated with kindness and respect by Ajeenah Crittendon and her office. I have found that she truly cares about her clients and wants to do the best job she can for them. She is extremely knowledgeable about taxes and other financial matters. I'm so confident in her abilities that I have referred several people to her and have gotten back nothing short of excellent remarks. 

I do understand that some people will have their differences but that is no reason to slander Ms. Crittendon's name and if you are unsatisfied with the service, that is still absolutely no reason for the personal attack. As I've said before, I have been treated with kindness and respect from her office and I will continue to refer business her way.

We've used Ez EFile for years for both our personal and business taxes. They've been very helpful in making sure our business and taxes are setup correctly. Ajeenah and Steve are very talented and easy to work with, they've both been a HUGE help with advice when tax or accounting changes happen. If you need tax prep or accounting help  I would highly recommend EZ Efile.

The owner, Ajeenah Crittendon, was extremely rude and aggressive. When I felt I could no longer work with her and tried to pay her for her time, she claimed I owed her for services I had never even authorized. When I refused to pay for services I had not requested or approved, she became very abusive and threatening, completely unprofessional. She was so aggressive I filed a police report, fearing she would follow through with her threats even though I paid the portion of the bill I legitimately owed her. Now an unstable woman has my personal information and I have to monitor my credit report for fraud going forward. I highly recommend staying away from Ajeenah and EZ E-File in Livermore.
